Entering an artist’s studio can be an exhilarating experience and opportunity to see the creative process in action as well as reveal how a work of art is produced. I have always been intrigued by what stimulates, influences and inspires an artist to create by the objects they choose to have around them. It is also an opportunity to see their work in a context amongst many works and to acquire pieces that may never otherwise be made available to the public. —SA
